Very nice pizza good sauce to cheese ratio and great base & dough. Nice atmosphere however a 50 minute wait for 3 pizzas which I did not mind as only 1 person in the shop making pizzas from scratch just if you are in need of faster food then this may be an issue. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇫🇷:)

The chef is a godsend. This pizza is unreal…… The crust was light and airy while maintaining a crispy base that didn’t get soggy. The marinara was a perfect consistency and just perfect. Toppings were just the right amount and of good quality. Super friendly owners and excellent service too! My only regret now is that I don’t live in Carcassonne.

Oh My pizza were super friendly and accommodating in helping us out in English. You only need to look at the pictures others have posted to know that these are well made and delicious pizzas, but the ingredients are so fresh and tasty too!! We had 2 homemade pizzas and a focaccia and it came to only €30

Passed by while looking for somewhere to eat. Could have ordered many of the pizzas on offer, but settles for the Texan. There was a steady stream of people, and the team were warm and friendly. If I lived in Carcassonne, I think it would be my go to pizza place

Great people, great pizza, fresh high quality ingredients, can’t think of anything negative to say. Keep up the good work 💪🏼 would probably fly back from Scotland for another one 🤣 …

Excellent food, service was friendly and patient in English. Pizzas took a minute but we’re well worth the wait- excellent excellent food at a reasonable price. My only qualm might be the lack of seating for dining in- but then it didn’t matter too much with the nice weather and the public square down the street.

Worth going out of your way for! Excellent, friendly, multilingual service, and the best pizza I've had in years (I had the Chausseuse). I can't recommend this place highly enough.
